I have over 15 years of military aviation experience between the Air Force and the Marine Corps. I have had the honor of being deployed over seas for Operation Northern Watch, Southern Watch, Allied Force, Enduring Freedom, and Iraqi Freedom. After buying my first home using my VA benefits, I shared my home buying experience with some fellow marines which motivated them to buy their first home. I decided to use my new found passion to my advantage and capitalize on it. In 2009 I became a licensed real estate agent in California and closed 27 escrows in my first 24 months totaling over $6.9 million in value. Not bad for part time. I PCS'd to Florida in 2012 and subsequently got licensed there as well. I am actively selling homes in both states as well as maintaining high performance stealth fighter aircraft (F-35B) as an active duty Marine. Being active duty myself, helps my clients relate to me more than a full time agent, and allows their first home purchase to be exciting and stress free.
