Raised and educated on the West Coast, he fell in love with Florida from the beginning and eventually moved to the FL Keys in 1990.  He discovered Panama City Beach by accident in 1993, and eventually settled here the following year.  Michael spends his spare time fishing and boating along our pristine shoreline he calls home….
