Michelle Cuesta is an experienced professional who transitioned to a career in real estate after more than 20 years in the insurance industry.  A New Jersey native, she spent years working in northern New Jersey and downstate New York before serving as a Territory Manager in Connecticut. She excelled in personal lines and small business insurance, with a passion for protecting homes—an expertise that inspired her shift to real estate.

Throughout her career, she has built strong relationships with mortgage brokers, contractors, landscapers, and other home-related professionals. Her extensive network, dedication to client satisfaction and her ability to truly understand her clients’ needs combined with her sharp negotiation skills, ensures her clients receive comprehensive support and the best possible outcomes in their real estate transactions.  

Michelle now resides in Fairfield, Connecticut, where she has planted roots with her husband, Michael, their two-year-old daughter, Monroe, and their beloved French bulldog, Monte'.  Outside of her professional pursuits, Michelle enjoys spending quality time with her family, exploring her local community, and supporting others in achieving their dreams. She is excited to bring her extensive background in customer service and her genuine love for helping others to the world of real estate.
