Joan DiVincenzo is an accomplished real estate executive with more than three decades of industry experience and a long-standing reputation for leadership, growth, and agent development. She joined Century 21 AllPoints Realty in January as a Regional Manager, based in Wallingford, where she oversees and supports multiple offices across the region. 

Prior to joining Century 21 AllPoints, Joan spent 12 years with Coldwell Banker Realty, most recently serving as Branch Vice President and Brokerage Manager for the Milford office. In this role, she led high-performing teams, drove agent recruitment and retention, and consistently improved office productivity and profitability. Joan is known for her hands-on coaching style, informative office meetings, and ability to blend business strategy with practical training in pricing, marketing, compliance, and technology. 

Earlier in her career, Joan held several leadership roles with Calcagni Associates Real Estate, including Sales Manager and Director of Business Development and Technology. She was instrumental in opening and managing a new office, designing agent training programs, mentoring new and experienced agents, and leading brokerage-wide technology initiatives. Her background also includes success as a Realtor and New Construction Manager, as well as her early professional experience as a Senior Consultant with Deloitte, where she worked in information technology auditing and systems documentation. 

Joan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bryant College and has earned the CRS, GRI, and ePro designations. Her achievements include Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society (2024) recognition and multiple President’s Council Manager awards. She has also been actively involved in professional and civic leadership, serving as President of the CRS Connecticut Chapter and holding long-term board and volunteer roles with the Hamden Education Foundation and Hamden Chamber of Commerce. 

With a strong foundation in brokerage operations, agent mentoring, technology, and business development, Joan brings energy, experience, and a collaborative leadership style to Century 21 AllPoints Realty. She is passionate about helping agents build successful businesses and foster a culture of growth, professionalism, and teamwork.
