Amy is an active REALTOR, involved in new home sales, investment properties and listing well staged homes in Connecticut. Since 2008, Amy has been on the national speaking circuit teaching industry professionals about technology and sales strategies to help improve their real estate business.

Her learning and consulting company “Curated Learning” is responsible for helping organizations and real estate companies update their training content and platforms. The use of   change management strategies helps her clients successfully bring their product to market. Onboarding programs, new agent training and top agent programs have been their focus. Her interest in Cryptocurrency and the block chain started in 2017 when one of her clients cashed out $50,000 of crypto for a downpayment. She is now part of the Real Estate CryptoAllaince and writing a Cryptocurrency certification.

Amy is also active as a committee member on one of NAR’s committees, Data Strategies, Federal Technology Policy as well as the Women’s Council of REALTORS® and various training organizations.
