Today, buyers and sellers can look up a lot of information on houses through the many real estate websites. When it comes time to purchase or list a home, there are still many items you will need help negotiating through. The way a buyer broker can be compensated is that there have been a lot of lawsuits you may have read about, one result is that the buyer broker's compensation is no longer allowed to be shown in the Multiple Listing. Navigating through home inspections, what needs to be disclosed on property disclosures, and keeping track of important deadlines are still very vital items a Realtor^® can help with. I pride myself on having integrity, and I can honestly say I still love my job and would love to offer my services to you!
