I'm David G. Doram, a real estate salesperson with Century21 AIIPoints Realty, and I entered this industry because I have a genuine passion for helping members of our community achieve their property goals.

Over the course of my career, I've had the privilege of experiencing the market from every vantage point. I have proudly guided buyers through the thrill of purchasing their very first homes, successfully listed and sold properties for maximum value, and closed residential rentals that gave tenants a place to proudly call home.

This multifaceted experience means I know exactly what to look for on a walk-through, how to position a listing to stand out, and how to navigate the trickiest parts of a negotiation. No matter where you are in your real estate journey, I've been there, and I know how to get you across the finish line safely.

On a personal note, I've lived in the New Haven county area for 29 years, and when I'm off the clock, I love to shoot pool, yard work, (but no green thumb...lol), watching sports, spend time with family and try to keep up with all current events.
