My name is Kathy Schepps and I have been an accomplished Real Estate Agent since 2005.  I began my career in a small luxury second home market in Ocean City, New Jersey.  My experience for over 20 years in the real estate legal industry has brought me a unique understanding of contracts, title, negotiating skills, market analysis and the importance of attention to detail. 

Settled in Naples, Florida in 2019 after yearly vacations visiting my parents after they made the move to their beloved Naples in 1980.  Now delighted to be associated with Century 21 Allpoints Realty specializing in luxury homes and condominium sales, including waterfront, beachfront and golf course communities in Naples, Marco Island and surrounding areas.  I am a member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS®, the Florida Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. I enjoy using my 20 years of real estate legal skills to contribute to the exciting market of sales that happen every day in the real estate profession. I look forward to satisfying all your real estate needs.
