Patty supports the Company in all aspects of business operations through collaboration to streamline, implement and manage Agent Tools and increase Productivity for our Sales Associates.

Patty brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Company. She has been in the industry over 20 years.  She is the driving force behind implementing best practices from creating an efficient Agent On-Boarding process, Mergers and Acquisition implementation, streamlining Agent Commissions Payouts and more. Patty knows how hard Sales Associates work for their clients and feels it is her job to make their job easier. 

Patty is a resident of Milford, CT and enjoys travel, sports and interior design.
