Growing up in the real estate industry, PJ has been a licensed professional for over 30 years with experience with residential, commercial and property management. He currently oversees the growth strategy and operations of the 18^th largest C21 in US.  Prior to his current role, PJ was the Vice President of Growth with Realogy, Century 21 working with broker owners around the country in their growth strategy. Prior to C21, PJ has spent over 20 years with 2 of the largest real estate companies in the US,  as an agent,  office manager, regional manager and business development director. He truly has spent time in almost every role in the real estate industry and has been recognized with numerous awards over his career.

He resides in West Hartford, Connecticut with his wife Jen and his 3 children and he spends his free time coaching, fishing and playing golf.
