Sarah Day is a lifelong Stratford resident with a deep-rooted passion for her community. Sarah's academic journey led her to New York University, followed by the London School of Economics, where she earned advanced degrees in Economics while building a consulting practice to help communities across the United States to develop better programs around homeless and housing services.

Sarah Day is excited to bring her extensive housing market knowledge to empowering people in their housing journeys. She specializes in expertise on multi-family housing and helping people achieve their goals to pursue homeownership as well as renting and fostering the development of additional housing and rental units. Her goal is to create a more equitable and accessible housing market for sellers and buyers and make you feel confident and at-ease throughout the process.

You can find Sarah Day all over town - from Frenchie's coffee shops in the morning, the Farmer's market on Mondays to kayaking at the Housatonic boat club at ebb tide, walking her dogs at Shakespeare Park or Two Roads for Wednesday night trivia (with her stellar team - theĀ Patio People).
