Tracy Everson goes above and beyond for her real estate clients, helping make one of life’s most stressful transitions — moving — as smooth and manageable as possible. A proud Branford native, she brings together deep community roots, public service, and years of professional communications experience to guide clients through every step of the process.

In addition to serving clients as a realtor with Century 21 AllPoints, Tracy serves her hometown as an elected Town Representative and Moderator of the Representative Town Meeting, giving her a unique understanding of the community, neighborhoods, and local issues that shape life in Branford.

A lifelong shoreline resident, Tracy is also an experienced sailor and boater who has spent years on the waters of the Connecticut coast. Her firsthand knowledge of the shoreline lifestyle — from marinas and waterfront neighborhoods to boating culture and coastal living — gives clients valuable insight whether they are searching for a year-round home, waterfront property, or weekend retreat.

Known for her approachable style and strong local knowledge, Tracy helps buyers and sellers feel connected not just to a property, but to the community itself. She lives along the Mill Creek marsh in Branford with her two Jack Russell terriers.
