  • Licensed Transaction Coordinators will submit your documents for compliance approval, collect any additional documents needed, and send all documents to the client's attorney and/or lender throughout the transaction. *The CENTURY 21 Survey was conducted by Wakefield Research (www.wakefieldresearch.com) among 500 U.S. home buyers and 500 U.S. home sellers between February 23 and February 28, 2018 using an email invitation and an online survey. Home buyers were defined as those who have bought a home in the past 24 months, and home sellers were defined as those who have sold a home in the past 24 months. 

** Study Source: 2017 Ad Tracking Study. The survey results are based on 1,200 online interviews with a national random sample of adults (ages 18+) who are equal decision makers in real estate transactions and active in the real estate market (bought or sold a home within the past two years or, plan to purchase or sell a home within the next two years).  Brand awareness question based on a sample of 1,200 respondents. Results are significant at a 90% confidence level, with a margin of error of +/-2.4%. Recognition question based on consumers aware of brand in question. The study was conducted by Millward Brown, a leading global market research organization, from April 12-26, 2017.
