Florida’s oldest library still in operation is located here in DeFuniak Springs as well as the Hotel DeFuniak, The Chautauqua Hall of Brotherhood, and the Walton County Museum. Holding the county seat for Walton County, the city's historic significance is only bested by it's gorgeous setting. DeFuniak Springs is home to one of only two perfectly round natural lakes in the world.
