On November 21st, CENTURY 21 publicly announced its brand-new marketing campaign titled The Joy of Home.
Why The Joy of Home?
The brand’s focus on community & connection through this campaign is no mistake — these two elements are at the heart of what makes a house a home. More importantly, they're what today’s homebuyers value most, according to the latest research.
“The journey of homeownership is a deeply emotional experience,” says Tori Keichinger, CENTURY 21’s VP of Marketing. The fun, candid scenes – everything from dinner parties to afternoon naps – lean into the feelings of warmth, love, & joy that owning a home evoke.
If the yellow accent that frames the top left corner of campaign visuals feels familiar, it’s no coincidence. It’s actually a deliberate nod to the iconic CENTURY 21 golden “for sale” signs that made the brand famous.
CENTURY 21 makes no attempt to hide the fact that it’s the most recognized name in real estate. By calling back to its rich history, the company aims to leverage its decades of consumer trust and brand recognition.
The Company for Everyone
Keichinger shared in the campaign’s announcement that consumers overwhelmingly say that CENTURY 21 is “a brand for everyone” – more so than any other real estate brand.
The thing is, creating a marketing campaign that resonates with a diverse audience isn't easy. But by focusing in on something as universal as The Joy of Home, CENTURY 21 reinforces its reputation as being a brand that truly serves everyone, no matter their background.
The icing on the cake? CENTURY 21’s campaign is front & center in New York's Times Square, where it'll run throughout the entire holiday season.
