The Huskies have came out strong, taking down 15th-ranked Arkansas State in a crushing 103-34 victory, and continuing with a 91-57 win against South Dakota State. Connecticut basketball fans are looking towards this women's team to  carry the torch as UCONN's men's team faced a heartbreaking loss to the Florida Gators in their second round.

As they progress in the tournament, the path ahead presents formidable opponents. Teams like South Carolina and UCLA are strong contenders, setting the stage for intense matchups down the road.

Yet, with UCONN's depth and tournament experience, CT fans have good reason to believe 2025 could bring another shot at another long-awaited title.
