Third Florida Acquisition Expands Coastal Footprint in Sunshine State
SOUTHINGTON, CT (Nov. 13, 2025) – CENTURY 21 AllPoints Realty, a multi-state brokerage with offices serving Connecticut, New York, Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Florida, announced today that it is joining forces with Jones & Co. Realty in Florida which serves the waterfront communities of Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Sanibel, Captiva, Bonita Springs, Lehigh Acres, North Fort Myers, Lee County and Naples.
With this announcement, the formerly independent firm will now do business as CENTURY 21 AllPoints Realty, leaning into its strong local reputation while leveraging the brand tools, technology and systems of the most recognized name in real estate.*

Boasting nearly 120 agents, Jones & Co. Realty was founded in 2010 by JJ Jones, who will continue to serve as a manager and oversee the integration of the many CENTURY 21 tools and systems for her agents.
CENTURY 21 AllPoints is a family-owned and operated company founded in 1989 by Beverly Peterson and now owned and operated by siblings Ryan and Kelly Peterson. Following rapid expansion in the Northeast, CENTURY 21 AllPoints merged with CENTURY 21 Blue Marlin Pelican in the Florida Panhandle in 2023, establishing a vibrant referral corridor for Northeast retirees and “snowbirds” who winter in Florida. The brokerage continued its growth trajectory into Southwest Fla., in 2024, acquiring Realty Quest in Naples.
